Networking Reception $1,200
The benefits of sponsorship include complimentary exhibitor space, signage at the event, full page ad in the digital program booklet, logo on drink tickets, logo next to the sponsored event, public recognition, and acknowledgment on Facebook.
Breakfast or Lunch $850
The benefits of sponsorship include complimentary exhibitor space, placement of your logo next to the sponsored breakfast in the digital program booklet, signage in the breakfast area, inclusion of your company description and logo in the digital program booklet, a half-page ad in the digital program booklet, public recognition, and acknowledgment on Facebook.
Break (Morning/Afternoon) $375
The sponsorship package includes having your logo placed next to the sponsored break in the digital program booklet, signage in the break area, public recognition, and acknowledgment on Facebook.
Exhibit Booth $225
Includes: one 8’ table, two chairs, and a wastebasket, along with electricity and inclusion of your company description and logo in the digital program booklet. Breakfast and lunch provided Monday.

Silent Auction /Door Prize Giveaways
Each year we award two scholarships to high school students that are entering college to study in the field of police, fire service, or law. We partly fund those scholarships with the money raised through our silent auction. Advertising space is available for purchase in the digital program booklet. A high-quality full-color PDF must be sent to Lisa_michiganiaai@outlook.com by the May 5 printing deadline in order to be included.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bay City-Riverfront
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved with DoubleTree Bay City Riverfront at a rate of $115.00 per night for single or double occupancy plus taxes.
The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. To make a hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
Payment for the hotel MUST be paid separately and sent directly to the hotel.
Check-in time is 4pm and check out is 11am.
Parking is free.
The cutoff date to reserve your hotel room is April 27, however, the hotel block will fill quickly and there is no guarantee that rooms will be available until April 27. Please be sure to reserve your room early.
